The Clients bought the cottage some years ago in a very pretty coastal village (part of the Suffolk Heritage Coast)

We worked closely with a locally appointed Architectural Practice to develop the interior layout.  The re-design included a new kitchen and utility (by Plain English) a master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and thoughtful remodelling of the internal spaces.

Unsurprisingly much of the budget was absorbed within the build. We worked with the clients to choose finishes that belied any cost cutting, felt timeless and were sustainable where possible. 

Despite it being a holiday home, we wanted to create a ready lived in classical English Interior, which would only benefit from the clients adding their own pieces over time.
