Our Process

Over time and with experience we have been able to hone our practise to ensure we’re offering clients a streamlined and enjoyable process from start to finish. We tend to work on full property renovations and like to be involved from the early stages to help guide project direction and ensure the practical details of each home’s design are inherently built in from the beginning.

We take a personal approach to each project and property, tailoring our service to clients’ individual goals and working closely with them to ensure our designs reflect both their everyday needs and style aspirations.

“ From feasibility study to installation,
we are with you every step of the way.
Our service is tailored to your vision, ensuring every detail reflects your unique style and aspirations. ”

1. Consultation & Feasibility

Each project begins with an initial discussion to talk through the property and the clients’ aims and plans. This is a chance for us to explain how we work and ensure we are a good fit for the project whilst also establishing feasibility and mapping the next steps.

2. Concept Development

We collaborate closely with architects and contractors from the beginning, and after careful consideration of the clients’ needs and wishes we create detailed drawings, plans and schedules that enable the efficient implementation of the works required. Alongside this we develop the creative vision for each space, presenting our ideas visually with moodboards, drawings and physical samples of colours, finishes and textiles.

3. Project Management & Procurement

Our team then oversees the process of sourcing and procuring all items and finishes approved for the project, keeping our clients regularly updated along the way. We liaise with suppliers and makers to ensure availability, costs and lead times are all in line with expectations, and with contractors to confirm our designs are followed through as planned.

4. Delivery & Installation

We work hard behind the scenes to make sure all elements are brought together simultaneously to meet agreed delivery and installation dates, bringing our designs to life in readiness for clients to settle in and enjoy their space.
